Terms of Service

1. Partner Program Overview

The Levizr Creator Partner Program ("Program") allows approved creators ("Partners") to earn commission by referring new users to Levizr platforms. By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1,000 views on any video or post on your primary platform.
• Must have an active Levizr account in good standing.
• Must provide accurate and truthful information in your application.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Commission Structure

Partners receive a 20% recurring commissionon all qualifying transactions made by referred users for a period of 365 days from the referred user's signup date. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month.
• A minimum balance of ₹500 is required to initiate a payout.
• Payments are made via bank transfer or supported payment methods.
• Partners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to earn commission.
• Misleading or deceptive promotion of Levizr products.
• Spamming or using automated tools to generate referral clicks.
• Using paid advertising on branded keywords without prior approval.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Termination

Levizr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at its sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending commissions below the minimum threshold may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

Partners may use official Levizr logos and branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting Levizr through the Program. Unauthorized use of Levizr trademarks is prohibited.

8. Modifications

Levizr may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
